Nothing for 2 days

February 7th, 2009

Truthfully, I have forgotten to blog the last 2 days.

Only thing I’ve noticed the last few days is that Obama called for all Americans to begin to reducing their energy consumption on the campaign trail. That’s a cool idea, might save us some money and help the planet out. But, doesn’t he keep the Oval Office at 80F? Reporters have stated that it is that hot in there, he is “from Hawaii” and likes the warmer temp. Do as I say, not as I do. The Democrat slogan!

Check it out for yourself (yes I know this is a link to the Weekly Standard, a conservative magazine):

Hypocrisy at the New Yorker

January 29th, 2009

This week’s (Jan 26) edition of the New Yorker features a 10-page spread about how Caroline Kennedy was mistreated by the media as they made her out to be dumb. But, truthfully, the New Yorker went on to say, she is highly intelligent and doesn’t do well under pressure.

I don’t recall an article like this about Sarah Palin…hmm
